I had a MMC in November which ended in an ERPC. I have now got my second period since the operation and while my cycle length is back to normal, there have been lots of small clots. I can't remember if I had these with my first period post-ERPC.

We have started ttc again and while I was disappointed when my period came, the clots have made me think that my body is still "getting back to normal" following the miscarriage. I was just wondering whether anyone had had the same after an ERPC and whether it was just your body returning to normal, or whether it could be a sign that something has been left behind? The clots are very small but are nit a normal feature of my periods.

Sorry for such a grisly topic. Think I'm just looking for reassurance that everything's okay and my body is doing what it needs to do.
