Miscarriage and leg numbness

Hi all,
I just wanted to pick your brains. I have just had a misscariage (at 6 weeks) and my left leg keeps going numb and feels cold.
Does anyone know if these two things might be related or is it just a coincidence? Any feedback would be appriciated.
