After years of happy successful low carbing. 2022 I have binged carbs, it has been stressful year so couldn't get back on track. Count me in.

Thanks for doing this, BIWI. I participated in another of your LCBC's a while back in lockdown and lost several pounds and felt better for it. Now I have gone back to my old habits of wine, gin and potatoes and need to shift at least a stone. 😯 Hi to you all!

BIWI I’m in. Just got on the scales after 3 weeks and I’m horrified. I’m the heaviest I’ve been in 10 years and need to get a grip. I also need to be accountable so here I am.

@DryWhiteagainW the list is of people who want to sign up to the next Low Carb Bootcamp, which starts on Monday.

And the spreadsheet is where everyone who has signed up (who wants to be on the spreadsheet), records their weight each week. It also contains loads of important information, such as Bootcamp rules, recipes, carb counts, low carb resources etc.

On Monday I'll post the new spreadsheet, but for now you can have a browse of a previous spreadsheet

Yes @DryWhiteagainW - on that Monday (and each Monday following) I'll start a chat thread, with a link to the spreadsheet. Be prepared for the first week's chat thread to move very quickly!
