Exh setting up saving account for DC

From a money laundering point of view, should the account be in the address of the DC's home address? I am very happy Exh is setting up an account, but unfortunatly I dont believe it will be used for saving for dc's. From past experiance it will be used to hide his money from the tax man. Will the bank allow the account be set up at his address even if the person does not reside there?

yes proof of ID for under 18's is from a different list to the list for proof for adults. Check individual building society for website requirements, it might be Birth certificate or medical card etc or account could be set up as Mr G Smith re Daniel Smith if that makes sense.
