ExH lied on E Forms - Is there anything I can do?

Hi

I have been divorced 2 years. I have now found out that 1 year before we split my ExH received a number of shares from a company we had endowments policies with. They were in his sole name. He never declared them on the E-form. Is there anything i can do legally about it now?

Thanks

Probably not worth that much then. Maybe he sold them before you divorced, and spent the proceeds? Or maybe the proceeds were part of the savings he declared in his form E, or maybe he paid off debt with it.

Even if he still had the shares and failed to disclose them, they were probably worth not very much - certainly not worth enough to reopen the whole court proceedings.
