Child porn judge escapes jail

Does this make everyone else as cross as it did me? I am especially angry they're not going to review some of his sentencing, which sounds on the lenient side to say the least.

This really ticked me off. What kind of "curiosity" would drive him to look at children being abused. In fact, I wish they would stop calling it child pornography, it is child abuse photos, simple as that.

And that fact that dirty little man got away with it is proof the Old Boy Network exists and is twisting justice to suit itself. He should have been jailed.

It's outrageous Marina, particularly the lack of review of his sentencing which sounds suspicious to say the least. Makes me feel sick, actually.

Not especially surprised. He's a judge. His friends aren't going to send him to prison unless they absolutely have to.

Ireland are having the same problem at the moment - the judge in question had the case dismissed as the search warrant used when recovering the images was out of date. horrible stuff.

It just proves that there is them and such as them that seem to be above justice. One quote I read was the presiding judge said 'it had been a personal tradgedy for the accused and his family'. As Mummytojames said, what kind of tradgedy would have been to those kids. At least his photos been widely publicised. People will now know that he's nothing but a peadophile.
