Where to buy extra deep fitted sheets

Not sure exactly where to post this question but will start here! We had to buy a new matress because of DHs back troubles and ended up with an extra deep one that is very comfy and not causing him issues but is a PITA as regards getting fitted sheets. I really like a crease free bed so need proper sized fitted sheets and so far can only get them from M&S but the current version on line is £££ than I want to spend. Anyone have any suggestions as regards where I might be able to buy them on line. [Thanks]

Try searching DAPW , duvet and pillow warehouse, they do two depths & it's very good quality.

We had this problem our bed is a king size and the only sheets we could find without paying £££ were super king size ones

Theas18 · 07/08/2013 18:54

Ikea 365 ones are great on our extra deep king size mattress.

N4NNY · 07/08/2013 18:57

I got some in sainsburys

jennycoast · 07/08/2013 18:57

I used to get them in John Lewis. They weren't massively cheap, good quality though. these might be them

We got a fitted sheet as a wedding gift from JohnLewis and it's definitely deeper than standard. Lovely Egyptian cotton too.

Dreams used to for about 20 pounds

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions, loads of options there that I didn't know about. Quick question for spottymoo - ours is a kingsize bed as well and do the superking fitted sheets fit snugly as that would be such an easy solution as they are everywhere (hope the answer is yes!).

Amazon. We have a kingsize bed and our new mattress was 19" deep. Not even dunelm's deep sheets would fit. We bought 500 thread count extra deep sheets from Amazon for about £13 each.

babyphat · 08/08/2013 19:42

I have an extra deep superking, got mine from very.co.uk for about £20 each

flatmum · 08/08/2013 19:47

i get mine from amazon

DoingStuffForHarriet · 08/08/2013 21:58

Another vote for Dunelm Mill. Lovely sheets and reasonably priced.

Mintyy · 08/08/2013 22:11

Duvet and pillow warehouse - excellent quality.

skyeskyeskye · 08/08/2013 22:14

Dunelm Mill can't remember price

Tesco around £8

Erebus · 09/08/2013 11:32

I feel your pain! I struggled so much with getting pillow slips to fit- 'normal sized' pillows but with a sort of wrap around, zip up mini duvet on them, very comfortable but not if your pillow slip is so tight your head bounces!- that I ended up making a few sets from high thread count single sheets.

I am going to measure the depth of my mattress now as we also have that problem- I have JL 'deep' fitted sheets but they always twang off as they're just not deep enough but other ideas posted here just might be!

newpup · 09/08/2013 11:51

I used an internet company called The Linen Cupboard. I wanted Egyptian cotton, extra deep sided fitted sheets for my superking bed. They were quick to deliver and the sheets are beautiful!

fussychica · 09/08/2013 14:57

Ours are from John Lewis and weren't expensive - wash up great.

Mum2Fergus · 10/08/2013 09:01
