Lots and lots of comments in this survey about getting sidelined after going part-time.
Early days here, so don't know if that's what'll happen for me - but is it inevitable? (Probably, in some environments.) Are there any good ways of mitigating or avoiding it?
For me, have got around difficulties with not being able to attend events so easily by organising some myself. (So I can make sure they're convenient.) Am actually trying to keep good links outside my company so that if I do end up on mummy track, I can go elsewhere when I'm ready.
