Hi there

I'm looking for a bit of advice really - my DD is 7wks old but I'm already looking ahead to my finances when I have to return to work in a few months and they're not looking good.

I will be returning to my old job for 3 days a week but I'll be paying out on bills roughly the same amount as I'm earning and the thought of no wiggle room is making me v. nervous.

Does anyone know of any legit companies that offer evening work (preferably that I can do from home) so that I can supplement my main job? I should say I live in North Nottinghamshire, am very computer literate, excellent at organisation and have a good eye for detail.

Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you.

I used to do medical transcription from home, you have to be an active medical secretary but there are other typing roles out there. It supplemented my income to the tune of approx £10k over 2-3 years, just doing it here and there!

if you don't know it - moneysaving expert is very good - has sections on boosting your income - I tutor in the evenings - that is good - and some people find party plans - like jamie at home can be good

I'm one of the 'party plan' people AnOtherName mentions - I sell Phoenix Cards & Stationery for my part-time income. It's easy and flexible with no pressure and a good support network. Have a look at my website www.phoenix-trading.eu/web/janewatson and send me a message if it appeals to you. Good luck in your search!
