CV advice - agency employee/temp contracts and maternity leave

Hello - I'm an employee of an agency. I've had 2 different "temporary" contracts, with a period of maternity in between and no other gaps. I'm pondering how to frame this on my CV:

Example 1:

June 2010 - current: Position B, Company A (contractor)
July 2009 - June 2010: maternity leave
Jan 2008 - July 2009: Position A, Company A (contractor)

Or

Jan 2008 - current: Position A/Position B, Company A (contractor)

Roles including:
X
Y
Z

i.e. missing out the maternity.

I can't really say that I had position A until I took up position B because during maternity, I remained an employee of the agency but not of the company.

Or I suppose I could say something like:

Jan 2008 - current: Position A/Position B: Agency name

and then mention the company where I have had the contracts.

The company is well known, so I prefer to mention the company if possible.

Any ideas?!

Many thanks
