I came across a National Association of Gifted Children. It was recommended by the government website,directgov.co.uk.They have various memberships. My husband feels they are good, only looking at website.

Has anyone experienced?.Any suggesstion?

Yes, they are very good. I've been a member for 3 years now. Their helpline is excellent and I've been to a number of their local events now which we've all enjoyed lots.

There's also a members' forum on the website where you can chat to other parents, it's very supportive and friendly over there.

Lots of international members & families too smile

We only became members last year. Their help sheets online are useful but I haven't used the helpline yet. We went to the family weekend in Ashby and DD had a great time, and made a new friend which was lovely. We have also done one of the local workshops which was all about space, and DD (and new friend) thoroughly enjoyed. grin
