Mid cycle bleeding/clots

For the past couple of months I have experienced mid cycle bleeding, cramping and a couple of large clots. I have the copper coil.

Is it anything to be concerned about? Any ideas?

I've never had a coil, but would get it checked out tbh, just to be on the safe side..
Hopefully someone with direct experience will be along shortly.
