Its not a headache.
Its like there's an iron band round my head which is being tightened at the back - lasts for 20 seconds or so, then eases with no residual heachache.
No particular triggers - can happen when I'm walking about, or when I'm sitting still.
Could it be an extension of tension in my upper back and shoulders?
Or something else?
Thanks for any suggestions.
