Purple mark on breast

Hi, just wanted to know if anyone has ever had a purple suddenly appear on their breast? Noticed it on wed, and is tiny and like i say purple in colour. Checked breasts, and no lumps, bumps or anything unusual. Seeing nurse about my blood pressure next week, so going to ask her then about it. Also been having panic attacks and dont know if its all connected.
