DH wants some sort of 'tablet' thing which costs about £30 - £40... any ideas?

oh yes think it might be that Bamboo Pen Graphic Tablet.. he mentioned it had a pen.

they all have a pen. read up first so you don't gimmicky version!

definitely the wacom tablet but you'd be lucky to get it at 30-40 pounds. They were that price somewhere (aldi?) about a month ago www.amazon.co.uk/Wacom-WACCTL460EN-Bamboo-Pen/dp/B002Q4U4AE/ref=oor_dp_e_rp

They are good for drawing

can just about find it for under £70... he was clearly being a tad optimistic... or else he was just sussing out my response and trying to get me interested with low price!

Review here wacom touch

Note the software requiremnt - touch doesn't seem to work with XP.

One of my children has a wacom tablet but not wacom touch. They really like it. I do wonder how precise you could be using your fingers but that would make it a fun boys toy while the pen is the practical part.
