NOOK ereader - does anyone know how I cancel a free magazine trial so I don't have to pay the subscription fee?

I foolishly thought Louisiana Cookin' magazine would be worth a look on a free trial basis. Not only is it shit and mostly about cooking oysters (Why cook them? Why?) but I just can't work out how to cancel the subscription via the Barnes and Noble website on my laptop or via the Nook shop on the actual ereader, so now I might have to pay be be told how to cook oysters. If anyone knows how to cancel I would be eternally grateful.
