For one of my jobs I need an easy way of tracking my hours, especially parts of hours e.g. taking phone calls, dealing with emails

are there any iphone apps which would do this or any easy way of setting something up on my phone (as it's always with me)

I have a feeling I'm doing a lot more than I'm being paid for but would like to check as well as being able to fill in a more accurate timesheet

There are loads. I'd pick one that interfaces to a more powerful online system like Harvest.
