I have a macbook pro and I CAN NO LONGER CLICK ON ON THE TOUCHPAD

its pissing me off no end

I can tap but I want to click sometimes

what have I done or is it broken
I have been into setting and touchpad and its set to click in the bottom left corner BUT IT DOESNT ARRRRGGGHHHHH

Mine did that. I had to get the trackpad replaced. It was like the connectiony bit that lets you click had broken.

This happened to me, too. It was crumbs under the keyboard blush

I just took it into the apple store and they replaced the casing, it was within 2 years of purchase so they didn't charge. And did it in 2 hours! shock

I got it off ebay though and I'm a bad person so I don't keep receipts or buy insurance or anything sad

Just google 'apple mac repair shop' near you. That's how I found somewhere to fix mine.

If I remember correctly the invoice they gave me (that I didn't have to pay) only came to about £60 I think? So might not be outrageously expensive
