Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa) single varieties are more fragrant.

Jasmine.

Behind me as I type this I have a Madagascar jasmine (stephanotis floribunda) whose lovely smell is wafting over me. I've only just bought it, time will tell how easy it is to look after.

Gardenia smells amazing but I've never been able to keep one alive indoors Grin

Thanks all! I bought a gardenia - will see how long it lasts! Also a stephanotis. The flowers have opened today and it smells lovely!
