Can I put raw red lentils in a slow cooker?

To make a curry? Or will I poison myself?

And frozen cauliflower - yay or nay? (I don't want it to disintegrate into a mushy mess)

Yes to the lentils. I dont even wash them

Not sure about the cauliflower. Maybe just near the end to avoid mushyness.
