NNote: This topic allows you to post a picture with your message using the Browse button under the Add Message box. And frozen cauliflower - yay or nay? (I don't want it to disintegrate into a mushy mess)

Yes to the lentils. I dont even wash them <lazy>

Not sure about the cauliflower. Maybe just near the end to avoid mushyness.
