Please share your easiest slow cooker recipes that don't need much preparation and are ready to serve straight in from work, thamk you

unsmoked gammon joint and 400g soft brown sugar. put 3/4 of the sugar in the slow cooker, joint on top, rub rest of sugar in. on low 8 - 10 hours. delicious.
whole chicken and a bottle of barbecue sauce. pour sauce over and in chicken, and in slow cooker. low for 8 - 10 hours. gravy goes well with chips

also layer onions and apples in the bottom of the slow cooker, and put a pork chop for each person on top. pour in 500ml cider. low for 8 hours and you've made pork and apple casserole
I use two sliced onions and three sliced apples.

A pack of sausages, an onion, a carrot, tin of green lentils and some
veggie stock (and a tin of tomatoes too if you want). Yummy! Fry the sausages and onion for colour before putting them in the slow cooker.

Red lentil dhal-Lentils300g, chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic chopped, tin of tomatoes, 100ml stock. Put all in slow cooker, add 1 tsp of cumin, ground coriander, cayenne, and chilli powder. Leave for eight hours. Eat with flatbread when home
lime chilli chicken- 4 skinless chicken thighs, two red chilis chopped, two cloves of garlic chopped, a lump of ginger chopped, juice of two limes, a tsp of caster sugar. Put everything in slow cooker dish the night before to marinate in the fridge, turn slow cooker on when leaving. Shred with a fork on return serve with microwave Jasmine rice for most convieniece.
