HiDoes anyone have any experience making their own sauerkraut? It's meant to be jam-packed with friendlies and i love it.If you have any techniques or crock you would recommend?Also does it make the house smell?Thanks
You're supposed to keep it in a room temperature for a few days to kick start the fermentation process and then move into a cooler place.
