Just heard programme on radio which said that UK is leading the world in salt reduction in processed food. Yet the average adult in UK is eating over 8g of salt per day. Apparently adults should have no more than 6g and children much less than that. Any ideas for reducing salt intake for the family? I started by buying a bread machine for Father's Day so our bread has much less salt. I thought the gadget would join others at the back of the cupboard but amazingly it has caught on. Any ideas welcome!
