I'm looking for soup recipes - but with a very specific criteria.

Main meal soups to put in packed lunches. To contain carbs, proteins and veg. Slow cooker friendly of course. Can freeze and re-heat and put in a thermos. I can only think of Scotch broth which sounds doable.

Does anyone have any ideas? With thanks.

Chicken noodle. So quick you wouldn't bother with a slow cooker. Tons of garlic and chilli wards off bugs!
