Make cheese straws....brush with egg, cover sprinkle with cheese (or whatever), slice into strips, twist and bake for 8 mins or so. Yum!

Rub some cinnamon and icing sugar into it. Cook it and eat with ice cream as wafers.

Jamie oliver does the cinnamon and sugar rubbed into puff if you want to see how much to use etc.

Ok, so I should have said something sweet blush Already made chicken pie with the rest. Although cheese straws and the tart sound good.
I can't find the Jamie oliver thing although it sounds lush!

I had a look but I cant see it either. He was making tarts with it but he said it could be cooked as wafers too.

A recipe for cinnamon palmiers is the same thing basically.

And heres a recipe for cinnamon sugar

I always do apple turnovers with leftover puff pastry, just cutout into squares, put a blob of chopped peeled apple and fold into a triangle. Brush with water and dust liberally with sugar. Cook until golden, preferably well done.

Bake it, spread it with strawberry jam and put the kettle on smile
