i served scallops yesterday for a family diner party just pan fried but served with a pink grapefruit and pomegranate salad - delish! last years baked then with a panko crust had the recipe from a barefoot contessa book - also delish!
Planning on scallops as a starter for a dinner party. Normally cook them for DH in small amount of butter with crispy black pudding but how can I flavour it up and give it the dinner party look. I have very little time on my hands so simple is preferred.
