I know there is a gorgeous sliw cooked gammon in coke recipe on MN, but I can't find it.

I have the gammon ready for Boxing Day, but I need to check quantities of the other ingredients as I'm going shopping for then this afternoon.

Can anyone kind find me the recipe when I can't?!
