NNote: This topic allows you to post a picture with your message using the Browse button under the Add Message box. We're afraid that you can't post up pictures if you're using the MN Talk App. And if you're not running IOS6 on your iPad or iPhone, you won't be able to browse for images on your Apple device.

Can I do Delia's choc bread and butter pud with fresh bread rather than day-old bread?

I never use stale bread. Tis always fine. (quite sickly though...)

yes, leave it out on the worktop to dry out a bit, an hours will do

Try putting bread in v low oven? Will dry it out a bit, esp if you cut crusts off first.
