Don't like it 'neat' on crackers. There must be something nice I can do with it. Any ideas ?

Depends whether blue or white

White stilton is lovely in sandwiches with thinly sliced tomato and black pepper - got to be really good wholemeal bread though.

Don't make soup. The smell of stilton soup is really quite special. The smell of brocolli and stilton soup is one step up again. Just don't, unless you have a killer extractor fan and a fairly high tolerance level to the aroma of farts.

According to DH stilton and walnut quiche with a watercress salad is the dog's what evers. I have never tried it so can't comment.
