Brominated Flame retardants

OBS! Cross posted this in the Pushchairs section but didn't get any answers

I'm looking into buying a Babyjogger, but now all my Swedish lentil weavers tell me all UK prams are treated with the EVIL flame retardants.

Is this true? Is there a list of non-treated products? I've found a US site, but nothing in the UK.

Help!

Ooh, I hadn't heard of this. I HATE EVIL flame retardants Angry they are full of so many bad, bad nasties Sad. Sorry I don't have any helpful advice, but I'll be watching this with interest.

BTW what do your swedish friends recommend? Could you get one of them to send you a (presumably) non evil pram from Sweden?

Hey Caliphora, I've just emailed UPPAbaby, as we were planning to buy an UPPAbaby later this year. I've asked them for an ingredient list (we've done similar with beds and sofas recently) I'll let you know how I get on. Could you do the same for the Babyjogger?
