Salary rise and bonus during mat leave?

Hi I have worked at same company for 2 years. I have been doing well - or boss says so. I was on mat leave and came back in feb this year. Before I went off, I led a major project and set up the infrastructure and had to hand over to someone more senior who has done a good job. My boss does not place a lot of emphasis on g and o, tried to fill in appraisal form, but crashed so got put into pay rise pot but no official appraisal. Back at work and working on foresaid high profile project again but I on
Y got 2.75 per cent pat rise. Got 5.5 per cent bonus on earnings but next to nothing due to being on mat leave. I feel peed off. Got nearly 5 per cent pay rise last year but worked my ass off prior to mat leave, and feel peed off. Does mat leave affect your benefits? Know haven't been ther but feel I should have been rewarded more for the work I've done this year v last year! AIBU????

I'm sorry I find your post really confusing I've got no idea what g and o are and am struggling to follow the pay rise sentence.
Is your rise less than everyone else's? Or are all the pay rises lower this year?
