Hi, I told my employer that I was pregnant 5 weeks ago and as of yet they still havent done a risk assessment, and they have had the cheek to ask another employee if I have put anything in writing yet! (I am just 12 weeks today), what are my rights if something was to go wrong at work?

If you work in an office i wouldn't worry about it. If its more industrial I would.

I am 18 weeks pregnant and had my first risk assessment at 7 weeks and my second last week. I am a social worker, so work in some quite risky situations. I thought legally a risk assessment had to be completed, but no idea at what point?

It's policy where I work for it to be done at 20wks (secondary school - council policy) so they may not be anywhere near 'having' to do it yet.
