Received inflat bed with hole

Won a child's character inflatable bed which arrived yesterday. Checked it today and after blowing it up with the pump could hear hissing from the end of the bed and found 2 small holes. I put some tape over the holes but the bed is slowly deflating and not usable - was hoping my niece could use it over half term.

I'm going to contact the seller but can I ask for all money back plus postage costs back to the seller as well? Not too sure from advice on ebay.

you can ask for return costs to be paid but not legally enforceable, a good seller will refund once they get item back and pay your return costs too
