Tick all the boxes, incl maintenance pending suit. It's on the form A that you don't tick the MPS box.

It's usual to tick all the boxes except Maintenance Pending Suit to keep the options open. You would only tick Maintenance Pending Suit if you were dependant on your ex and need to claim maintenance in the short term until the consent order is in place and the absolute has been granted.

Am completing this without a solicitor but will get a solicitor to do the consent order. Trying to negotiate a settlement with STBXH directly to avoid solicitors' costs, etc. So how do I complete point 3 of part 10 on the form? (surely this is what will be covered in the consent order once we have come to an agreement?)
