What would be your dream children's festival?

I have been hearing a lot about Lollibop which is aimed at 0-10 years, but live at the other end of the country so it is too far to get to. So I probably will have to go to a more family one, but my children hate live music fro grown ups!
I wondered what people would suggest as great things to do at childrens festival, what facilities they look for, activities, necessary items etc,
