We have a large 4 bed house in market town in Devon, what will you swap me?!

hello, am new to this idea, we own large 4 bed house (master bedroom with superkingsize bed and dresing room/ensuite) with front/back gardens in lovely award winning market town in Devon, right near the moors.

we also have a 1 year old dd so have nursery with cot/changing unit/highchair etc available.

we were thinking about next years holiday and wondered if there was anyone who'd like to swap with us, any offers considered, our preferences would be:

kingsize or bigger bed (or twin, dh is 6'3 and double makes me feel a bit claustrophobic!)
garden
somewhere preferably hot and sunny

thanks!!!

Is Florida hot and sunny enough?
I have a 4 bed detached villa with a private pool in Orlando, about 4 miles from Disney.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (american king size so about 7 foot!) with en-suite bathroom.
Another double room and two rooms with twin beds. One room is decorated with Minnie and Mickey theme, so perfect for little one. Also have cot and high chair. 2 mins walk from house is a childrens play area with slides and climbing frame etc if the Disney thing gets too much!

if you want to see pictures of usa house it is on my management companies website who look after it for me when I'm not there. their website is www.loyaltyusa.com and the name of my house is Minnies Mansion.
It is available at christmas but don't think we are able to house swop then as we've already made plans to be with family in our other house in the UK
where is your house christiana?
