Scotland house swap

Hi, we like the idea of a swap. We live in a 3 bedroom house in a village 5miles from Glasgow but also v close to the Campsies, Trossachs and lots of beautiful country parks. We've got loads of toys and baby stuff, a playstation and dvds. Buses regularly take you to Buchanan galleries with a big John Lewis. If anyone fancies a weekend swap or a few days over October week (10-17) let us know.

Note: The Mumsnet house swaps topic is intended for Mumsnet members who want to organise house swaps with other members. It's not for individuals or companies to advertise house swaps or holiday lets. There's a small business classified topic where, for £30, you can advertise your company or products for 90 days. If you are a larger business and wish to advertise on Mumsnet, please email contactus@mumsnet.com.

too bad it's so close to my due date, otherwise i'd be willing to swap a gorgeous 3 bed bungalow on about half an acre of land on the shore of Loch Long, Argyll.

sad

Do you only want to swap with other Scots?

Hi,
We're open to swaps all over the place. If its just for short stays, closer is better but let me know if you fancy a swap.
Thanks

Hi, we have a 3 bedroomed house in Cardiff, South Wales. Lots of castles, country parks, historic sites, nice beaches not too far away etc. Only 8 minutes into city centre by train which is about 10 mins walk from us. We have far too many toys, Dvd, Playstation, broadband. If you would consider a swap of a week or 2 next year maybe Easter or summer hols we'd be very interested. We have 2 boys, aged 4 and 7 and as I am from Scotland originally I have family around Glasgow and in Torrence so would love to spend some time there. Let us know smile

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
