Molluscum Contagiosum?

Found lots and lots of these spots on DD6 this evening, one looks MCish to me but the rest don’t. Does anyone think they are? Or just bites? And any recommendations to try and shift them, she’d be so annoyed to cover up her legs all summer long to avoid spreading them.

I used multiple things to get rid of my sons which were v unsightly and uncomfortable. This included molescum for dabbing on spots ( expensive and stings a bit but worth it) mini circular plasters overnight, Epsom salt baths, and a cream, the name of which has escaped me but I'll look it up. Also can pop one or two which triggers the body into fighting them. All at once and for a good few weeks and they went in the end

Does look like molluscum

It’s hard to tell from that photo. In my experience they don’t all arrive at once like that, they develop over time. Can you get a clear photo of a few spots? Do they have a simple in the middle?

@WhoopItUp The big popped one does but none of the others do. Some look fluid filled but she’s just had chickenpox a few months ago. They are all very spread out over the front and backs of her legs.

@fruitypancake thank you, some great tips there!

One of those looks a bit like molluscum but the others don’t to me. I’d send a photo to the GP. I used Mollutrex (there is also Molludab) to get rid of them, and it was really effective and cleared them up quickly, having had them for months. However, I would be very wary of using it without an actual diagnosis from the doctor. It burns when you put it on and so isn’t very pleasant, especially for a child.
