scan anyone advise as to which Deoderant to get him, that is least likely to upset his skin?

My 10 year old son suffers from severe eczema. He has decided he needs Deoderant, although I haven't noticed yet...... However, he has little enough self-confidence because of his eczema, so I want to do what I can to help him. Can anyone advise what Deoderant is least likely to irritate his skin? Thanks.
