DS3 is 4 weeks old, I have a coldsore, I recall reading that cold sores can be dangerous to babies, he's breastfed and seems fine. Obviously I'm not going to kiss him until its gone but I do have to hold him/ feed him etc. should I be worried and do I need to look out for signs of him getting ill?
