Talk to me about your baby's poo

Nearly four week old DD2, formula fed. Her poo is the required foul mustardy colour but anything I google suggests a consistency of toothpaste/peanut butter/insert other charming description.

DD2's poo is more like diarrhoea, has been all along. She's fine, putting on weight, seems happy apart from a cold, no sore bottom. But her nappies are on the runny side. I can't remember what DD1's were like. Should they be more solid?
