Play a warm shower on them
gently hand express a little
its your milk coming in. not sure how long it takes to pass.
Did you breastfeed at all?
If not they should hopefully stop sooner IIRC
Cold flannels, cabbage leaves if you have any or a nice warm shower.
If you hand express some becareful not to remove to much as you could stimulate supply.
Congratulations!

Kiki, you should be able to get medicine if your doc is agreeable. My baby is due next week and I'm being given a drug called "dostinex". It should pass naturally soon anyway though with aid of painkillers. Good luck!
I don't know iif the medication will help as you are already lactating and they are used to stop you before it starts as such so be interested to find out.

I found a warm hot water bottle and expressing to work really well, just take off a small bit hough as to not stimulate the milk production.
