I have a 14 year old son who has been diagnosed with depression but we are still waiting to see a psychiatrist so no meds have been given at this stage and he is refusing counselling. He has changed his group of friends, started smoking cigarettes and we think become sexually active. He went to live with his dad 3 months ago but now does not want to live there either. He is staying with a friend from school and her parents (we do not know these people) and they have said its fine for him to stay there. What are our legal rights as parents and where can we get urgent help in Western Sydney NSW. I am frantic.
