I'm really missing it, I know I sound like a big hippy but I honestly think caming is good for the soul (and sure it helps keep my mood up, recovering from PND)

So I think I'm going to see if MIL wants to have DS (2yo) for a night and go off for a night the week after next (think it might be classed as cruelty to take a 2yo in winter!!) - checked long range forecast and its dry so think DH and I will take our little tent and get a fix!!

Anyone else itching to get camping again?? Anyone else done winter camping? smile

I am totally itching to get out in a field! DH not so keen :-( so I think the earliest will be mid April if I'm lucky! Good luck and enjoy...

I said the very same thing to dh yesterday, am craving some open air and no time pressures! However I am way to chicken in this weather... So hats off to those who do go this month smile

Eeeeeeeeee baby sitter booked (yay to Nana!!) Am soooooo excited will just do one night but think it'll be enough for our fis - just have to work out where to got now, forecast is dry (ish!!!!) - I'll report back - it sounds daft but it feel indulgent packing DS off when when we've not got a special 'do' to go to or something but I know he'll have a super time and it'll be fab to go away with DH...... Can ya tell I'm giddy??! grin
