Anyone considering camping with their family during the Olympics?

We have tickets to a couple of Olympic events and would ideally like to stay somewhere in / around London to be able to travel to the olympic venues. We definitely can't afford a hotel room for a few nights (we have 2 children). I've heard that some campsites are being set up specifically for this reason and wondered if anyone else had heard about any of them or how much they might cost and if anyone else was considering doing the same - cold be fun?

There is an article about this in the Feb edition of Camping magazine www.campingmagazine.co.uk

I have a friend and her family who are going to camp in my garden smile Do you know anyone who lives in London? Then your stay might even be free!

Thanks you for your replies I couldn't find them, I'm useless on these things!

I have actually now booked with Camping At The Games, they were really helpful! I am doing a couple of short stays, 2 nights at Surbiton Hockey Club so that we can head to Hampton Court to see the Time Trials and then heading down to Weymouth for a couple of nights! Call me crazy but I couldn't decide where to go and I thought Weymouth might be quite a nice contrast as there is loads of stuff happening on the beach during the games. Also I have opted for pre-erected so I don't have to worry about pitching up twice!...very lazy!

Thanks again for your help, much appreciated!
