We've been to Le Bois Dormant and Les Charmettes. Would recommend both of them, in fact we're planning to go back to Les Charmettes this year.
I would choose Le Bois Dormant over Les Charmettes in August though as the latter is a much bigger site so I imagine would be heaving, and much hotter! We usually go in June, so it's not so hectic.
Did you have any sites in mind?

Only been to Le Bois Dormant and loved it, would go again.
I have been to Lac Des Reves and loved it. We have booked for La Carabasse this year.

So sorry ladies, we went away for the weekend, hence not responding to your responses
This is great, I will go do some research in the next day or so.
And also, to find the best discounts out there!
With Siblu we have been to Les Charmettes (x2) Le Bois Masson, La Carabasse (x3), Domaine de Kerlann, La Sirene & Le Vieux Port.
Overall, La Carabasse is the best all-rounder for us. La Sirene was also fab (do they still go there?) but you can't walk to the beach/shops.

How old are your children? We've been to Les Charmettes twice with teenagers and they loved it. Looking at Domaine de Kerlann this year - Milliways is it suitable for 15 year old boys?

Sorry - looked at the date on the thread and thought it was new!!
Hello! Mine are now 21 & 16, but they were a LOT younger when we did Domaine de Kerlann. I think it had a BMX track. Shop was TINY and beaches were all little coves etc unless you drove out. We had fun, but for Teens I can't remember what entertainment they had. Maybe have a check on Tripadvisor?
Our Teens say their favourite was a Matthews Holiday on the Vendee at Camping Les Dunes in Bretignolles, where the site was next to the beach and had an indoor & outdoor pool - both with waterslides - but the main reason was they made a really good crowd of friends and we hardly saw them both for 2 weeks! Tiny site and hardly any English go, so the English kids tend to find each other, and they also made friends with the Dutch (and DD speaks great French).
This year we are going to Prairies de la mer with Thomson Al-Fresco, on the Cote D'Azur.
Just looked- Tripadvisor gives Domaine a great write up!
