Hi,
My daughter was falsely accused of bullying another girl last year. Her teacher looked into the complaint and found it baseless. I am not sure if he told the other parent but he told me that it is clearly someone trying to get my daughter into trouble. Anyways I had hoped the summer hols would calm things down but the so called bullied girl continues and her mother continue to tell anyone who will listen that my daughter is a bully. The girl has even had my daughters best friend over for sleepovers and contunied on the same topic. My daughter is really upset. She is a polite and confident girl however she is fed up of being called harsh names and labeled as a bully.
I have started feeling my daughter is being bullied by this girl and her mother.
I am really upset. Can anyone advise?

Report it to the school. Although it sounds as if much of it is taking place outside school it's bound to be affecting your DD in school hours.

Are you close enough to the parents of the best friend to have a word?
Or have a network at the school gate that can counteract these accusations if you explain the situation?

thanks beertrickspotter. The problem is I am not the networkerm The other girl's mother is. The mum has got a few other nasty mums and their children involved now as well. I may go to the school though I find schools arent very helpful in these matters!
