DS (7.5 mo) has always had a bottle before going to bed and has bf'd the rest of the time plus solids for 2 months. He's been waking in the middle of the night and not resettling for the last 5 days. Looking back, I realise that that corresponds to when I started giving him SMA red follow-on milk rather than SMA gold. Does anyone think that switching back might solve the night-wakings, or am I clutching at straws?
