Breast feeding picnics - too lazy to go to London

(6 Posts)
Hi Kezzabell They just have one in London, on 20th July somewhere central - [[http://one-of-those-women.blogspot.com/2009/04/protect-my-baby-protect-me-2009.html details here - to raise awareness of the need for similar protection for breastfeeding mums and babies in England and Wales as they have in Scotland.

They have these in London? Where? I'll go, and drag a friend along too.

(Although possibly not in this heat as I had enough problems getting into Wimbledon station without getting pram rage the other day, and me and the munchkin only just survived the tube journey.)
Thanks Dita

Will try to make the Birmingham one. Anybody else going to it?
There's one in erm Stroud and Salford and ... just a sec ...

Here you go

hi is there any going on down south wiltshire way or is anyone interested
In fairness I live nowhere near London. They appear to be taking place in Birmingham and Warrington.

Does anybody know if these are the only ones or if there is one being organised in Notts / Derby area?

Want to do my bit and get my norks out for a good cause grin

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
